Great adjustability. Heats our 3,095 sq ft home. Exactly what we were looking for. We have had it installed for a month now. Good user interface on the electronics.

Operates as advertised heats our 2800 sq ft high (20’) ceiling log cabin well. Installed easily and fan is very quite and buts out lots of heat. Used it for only a week at 20 to 30 degree weather 5 bags of pellets. Starts up and turns off easily also. Researched a bunch of pellet stoves this one rated best so we purchased it. Since I have discovered that a neighbor has one and has for several years and loves his. We highly recommend this stove for the price and the great customer service – Love being able to talk to a person for once.

Stove is easy to setup and use. Not a fan with the hopper. They said low setting an easy day it will not have to be filled. I am lucky to not have the thing shut off in 12 hours due to pellets staying on the side but i would only say that is 5-8 pounds of pellets are left when it goes out. It goes through a bag (40 pounds) on low in about 12-14 hours. Wish I knew that I may have gone with something with a larger hopper that way I do not have to worry about it for 24 hours. I do not see any hopper extenders for this model either. Saw a couple people have built their own and thinking about going that route.

This is our first pellet stove. We couldn’t be happier with it! Love the programmable thermostat. There’s very little ash and it keeps our old farmhouse cozy!Heats it quickly too! We bought it as a backup for our outdoor wood furnace, but catch ourselves only using the new pellet stove. Love it!

The HP61 seems to be a nice unit, its heavy. This is not my 1st stove. I got a little over a bag of pellets in the hopper, wish it was a little bigger & the area you pour them into be bigger. Hopper size has no effect on operation. It will use a bag of pellets in 24hr running non-stop but puts out good heat doing it. The auto igniter works with a push of the ON button on the Remote Control. Nice to use the remote control & not be pushing the control panel buttons all the time. I like you can adjust the blower speed/voltage on both the burner & the room blower. Mine worked great right out of the box, no adjustments needed. I dump the ashes every 4 bags. The glass stays real clean & what little 2″ area that did build up a little wiped right off with a paper towel after 3 bags. I have not used the weekly programming or a thermostat, seems simple & useful. So far I like the HP61. It is not real loud, sounds pretty normal motor wise. One thing real nice is how easy the motors will be to clean when it becomes time. Motors are easy access, wing nut bolted in, I like that over my last stove. Can`t tell how reliable it is, only been running it 2 weeks on & off. My kids bought a comfortbuilt a year ago. They had no problems their 1st year. Time will tell. I think its a good deal for the money. My last stove was 2300. This HP61 on sale was under *** The photo is running on low or #1 the lowest setting. 2nd photo shows the motor access, nice. I would give it a 5 star but I have not had it long enough & I was not thrilled my unit was made in 2015 & I bought it in 2018. 3 year old stock. I guess that`s why they call it overstock Still happy so far.

I couldn’t be happier with this stove. Installed in the living room of my 1660 square foot home it heats the entire house no problem. Even at 15* outside I can keep the house warm on 1 or 2. Room air fan is very quiet and efficient. No problem hearing the television. Burns very clean.Very seldom even have to clean the glass. Side panels swing open for easy access to the inner unit. Ash pan is a snap to remove and empty. Also is a rather handsome looking unit. If I had to find a feature I didn’t like , about the it would be the hopper access is kind of a small opening to pour the pellets in but nothing that really bothers me. I couldn’t be happier with this unit. I highly recommend it.

I took my time and shopped around before deciding on a Comfortbilt pellet stove. Many stoves dont offer as many features as the Comfortbilt, this stove has thermostat, weekly programming and timer to name a few. It is a little expensive but the quality is there and repair parts are affordable when needed. I had an HP22 before this stove. They are virtually identical with the HP22 having a bay view door. I like the HP61 door better. The default programming was not useable in my opinion and the first thing I did was spend time to make adjustments to my liking. Generally I dont run on high settings since it does get a little noisy. On low the stove is whisper quiet and doesnt consume alot of pellets. The HP61 has a big heat exchanger that produces a large volume of hot air to … More

Great stove

Easy to install. When hooked up fired right up and warmed the house. Only issue is I wish the hopper was a little bigger.

Heats my shop with 14’ ceilings into the 60’s on low settings. The remote has very poor range. Super easy to clean the fire box and ash tray. Well designed stove with ample fan.

Excellent
