Looks like a nice piece of furniture...
Very new to the whole pellet stove “scene” and investigated many companies before pulling the trigger on the Comfortbilt HP50 Pellet Stove Burgundy. We live in an area that can be cold/wet during the winter (N California), but not as cold as the Midwest, so we did not need a stove that put out mega BTU’s. Our house is 1,600 square feet and the stove works well heating the whole house (we also use the central air fan to move the heat around, we have a cold air intake near the stove). We have the stove to augment a very expensive electric/propane central air system. We put the stove in ourselves (took two days) and bought the stove, piping (exhaust and intake) directly from the US factory in North Carolina. What we really like about the stove is that it has some color on the sides (not the standard black). Looks very nice downstairs in the corner of our family room. Had it for one season and would highly recommend!
It’s a great stove, the only thing is the shipping cost
COMFORT BILT IS A WINNER --NOT A TILT----LOL
we have had the stove for 2 weeks . i put it in front of my existing fireplace. SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS YEARS AGO. THE STOVE IS A BEAUTY. BOUGHT IT DIRECT FROM THE NICEST SALES PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH —SUPREMELY HELPFUL AND REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT.. DELIVERY WAS PERFECT —KEPT US UP TO DATE DAILY . THE DIRECTIONS BY THE COMPANY ON YOUTUBE ARE SUPER GREAT. I GET 24 HRS EASILY ON A 47 POUND FILL OF PELLETS. AMAZON PICKED A WINNER TO DEAL WITH HERE. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT —WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEN—LOL CONTROLS WORK PERFECT. I KNOW OF TWO OTHERS AND THEY SAY EXACTLY WHAT I AM SAYING…FROM START TO FIREUP JUST SUPER GREAT ALL AROUND……
Worth every penny
Stove is really well built, made in North Carolina. The facility will call you before they ship so you have a chance to ask questions. We live at 10k feet in the Rockies and used 3” pipe even though 4” pipe was recommended for elevation above 2500 and have had no issues. Make sure to abide by all clearances. I went over the top and where the pipe passes through the roof I put 5 layers of titanium heat wrap around the pipe and it’s cool to the touch. I also sealed all the joints with 500f RTV, all purchased off amazon. I ordered all pipe pieces off Home Depot so everything matched and I use Lignetics pellets which I’m super happy with, everyone up here swears by them, do some research. One thing I also really like is the 44lb hopper, so you can pour a whole bag in no problem. If you’re unsure of what pipe pieces you need just wait until you get the stove and the manual has several examples that should explain any issue you have in your home. Can’t say enough good things.
So far the stove is excellent the glass needs cleaned often but that is not bad
Comfort Bilt HP50
I have had the stove about 2 months. It seems to be well built and worked fine in the beginning. This last week it has begun squealing. I finally traced the source to the auger. At this point I am not sure what my options are as far as repairs, but I feel that for the price the product should have been better made. It is to soon to be having problems or needing repairs.
ComfortBilt HP50 2,200 sq. ft. EPA Certified Pellet Stove with Auto Ignition and 47 lb Hopper New
Delivered on time in perfect condition. Simple to set up and install. Heats quickly and burns clean. The fan is very quiet. Today it is -3 outside and I am warm and toasty. The print on the guide really needs to be a LOT bigger. We are very happy with our purchase!
So far it is a great stove. It’s very quiet and heats up our basement (1700 sq. ft) and main level very nicely. We had a PelPro stove before and it was nothing but problems. Also, the ash bin is very easy to empty. Very happy with our purchase.
This pellet stove has exceeded all our expectations and easy to use. We love it! No more building wood fires for heat, yay! The company Factory Pure whom we ordered it through has also been great.
Just what I needed
The color I wanted was out of stock, but the Factory Pure rep called me and discussed it and advised there would be a slight delay. It was slight, a week perhaps. It was delivered. and it is running fine and doing well at heating the house. I am waiting to see if it will stand the test of time. But so far, it looks really promising.
it gets it done
product does great job people were great to talk with shipping came through without a problem would buy again thank you
