Had some issues with shipping so it did not show up on original delivery date. I was able to go pick it up 4 days later so I had it before I left state. Stove is awesome puts out great heat and quiet. Does as says only useing around 1 bag in 24 hours on lowest setting while still putting out tons of heat. Not to find of the controls. They are difficult and they take time to figure out and understand. Over all a great stove that should pay off in the long run
Amazing Pellet Stove
Works awesome! Great service and fast shipping!
Only took less than a week for it to arrive it looks and seems like a good stove
So far Happy with stove , easy to install
When we received the stove, on the one side, it must have been broken at the factory because the magnet was splattered into many pieces…that holds the door closed. The little bracket was punched in. It didn’t make the running of the stove not work, but it would make the door more sturdy if it was not shattered.
Great so far
The guys that install it said it was a great one.so it just got installed. So far so good.
My husband and I purchased this insert. We had a ghetto dirty fireplace with a dirty brass frame. We were able to pipe the hose and fresh air hose with out any problem. Easy to set up and even better with remote control. It hears our space perfectly and couldn’t have asked for a better product for the money. Shipping was quick!!
I have been enjoying our new stove for about 3 weeks now. Once I placed the order, the stove came in less than a week. When it was delivered I thought the delivery person would move it into the house for me but they said they can only drop it off in the driveway. It’s very very heavy so I recommend having a a couple of strong people on hand. Installation was fairly easy since I have an existing fireplace. The directions were fairly easy to understand. The stove seems to burn efficiently with little ash yet I still like vacuum the stove out before I turn it on. The pellet stove in my old house had a timer where I could set it to turn off on it’s own in a few hours but there is no timer on this stove or at least I haven’t figured it out yet. The stove warms the house so quickly and gives a great ambiance to our (under construction) living room. 10/10 would recommend
Boat anchor. Worked great for the first week or so. Now, won't turn on.
Seemed like a quality built product. I did purchase an additional in home warranty, but didn’t think I would need it so soon. I cleaned everything, checked the fuse built within the back power switch and it was fine. Document said there was a fuse on the motherboard. Opened it up and there isn’t a fuse there. So, not sure what died at this point. Will call to get someone out here.
