ComfortBilt is proud to be the exclusive distributor of Pellet Stove products in the USA. ComfortBilt has been manufacturing pellet stoves and other heating products for more than 25 years, for use in Europe, Canada, Japan, and Australia. Our US based customer support team would be glad to answer any questions you may have or assist you with product support. Thanks for your interest!

Shipping

No, we strictly ship to the lower 48 states within the U.S. only. Visit our Canada website at www.comfortbilt.biz to purchase our brand in Canada. We offer FREE shipping on all our stoves.

Most orders are shipped the same business day if received before 1 pm, or shipped the next business day. Depending on the delivery location, it generally takes between 7-10 business days in transit. You should receive a call from the freight carrier approximately 48 hours ahead of time to coordinate the specific delivery date and time of your stove.

Pellet stoves are shipped via LTL truck direct to your home. The drivers may be able to bring the stove over the threshold into the Home (with help), provided there are no steps, stairs, or steep inclines to the home.

No. You’re only charged for sales tax if you buy within North Carolina.

All parts are sent via USPS Priority mail and should arrive in 2-3 day.

  • 1 year warranty and standard shipping are included with all stoves.
  • Every ComfortBilt pellet stove is inspected and tested in our North Carolina warehouse before being delivered to customers

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts for a refund (subject to the terms and conditions below.) You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return with the following exceptions;

Damage Reporting Requirement for Delivered Items: You must report any damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund. If delivered items with damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund will not be accepted. To report damage please call 919-973-4123

-A 15% processing/restocking fee is charged for all pellet stoves, and pellet inserts. Restocking fees do not apply when an item is returned as defective or because incorrect product was delivered. The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.
